Prenatal & Postpartum Support Package

Service Description

This is the perfect package for those who would love some help preparing for their upcoming birth experience, but may not want or need labor support. It also includes postpartum support to discuss your birth experience and life with baby, address any concerns such as sleep or lactation/feeding, and to provide referrals or resources as needed. What's Included ~Meet-and-Greet Client/Doula Interview (pre-booking session): this can be in-person, telephone, or virtual based on your preference. ~Initial Prenatal Appointment, in-person or virtual, at approximately 32 weeks gestation (1 appointment). ~Pre-Labor Prenatal Appointments, in-person or virtual, at approximately 35 & 37 weeks gestation (2 or 3 appointments, depending on individual needs). ~Once monthly check-ins, virtually or via telephone, prior to 32 weeks gestation (if applicable). ~24/7 telephone support via talk or text throughout pregnancy. ~Childbirth education and birth planning assistance. ~1-2 postpartum visits, can be in-person or virtual.
