Assistance with completion of state documents for those families who which to have their baby’s birth recorded and receive a birth certificate.  This is a service specifically tailored to those who choose to birth with a traditional midwife or birth keeper, or who decide to birth unassisted.  
This service includes notarized affidavits of pregnancy and live birth as well as assistance with completion of all state-required forms.
